Last updated 2026. This policy explains what Nerv Studios collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name or server name, contact address, Discord identifier, order history and licence keys. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
To deliver your files, bind and validate licences, provide support, issue invoices, and notify you about updates or security issues affecting a product you own.
Licensed resources may contact our licence server to confirm they are running on an authorised server. That request includes the licence key and the server identifier. It does not collect player data, chat, or anything from your database.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors required to run the business — payment, hosting and email delivery — and only to the extent they need it to perform that service.
Order and licence records are kept for as long as the licence is active and afterwards for the period required by tax and accounting law. Support tickets are retained for two years.
This website uses only the cookies required for it to function, such as keeping you signed in to your dashboard. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
You may request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure and transmitted over TLS. No system is perfect, so if a breach affects you we will tell you promptly and explain what happened.
