Last updated 2026. These terms cover the purchase and use of any product, asset or service supplied by Nerv Studios.
Purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on the servers covered by your plan. Unless stated otherwise, one licence covers a single production server plus one development or staging instance.
You may not resell, sublicense, publish, leak or otherwise redistribute any file supplied by Nerv Studios, in original or modified form. Sharing licensed files with a third party terminates the licence immediately and without refund.
You may modify open portions of a product for use on your own licensed server. Modified files are not supported, and we may ask you to reproduce an issue on an unmodified install before investigating it.
All prices are listed in USD and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction. Products are sold as one-time purchases — there is no recurring billing and nothing renews automatically. Custom work is quoted and invoiced separately.
Digital products are non-refundable once the files have been delivered, because delivery cannot be reversed. If a product does not function as described on its product page, contact support — we will repair it, replace it, or refund it at our discretion.
Support covers installation, configuration and defects in the product as supplied. It does not cover conflicts caused by third-party resources, custom modifications, or general server administration.
Every purchase includes updates for that product for as long as it remains in our catalogue, at no extra cost. If a product is retired we will say so in advance and the last released build stays yours to use.
Products are supplied "as is". Nerv Studios is not liable for data loss, downtime, lost revenue or any consequential damages arising from their use. Keep backups.
We may terminate a licence without refund for chargeback fraud, redistribution, or abuse directed at our staff or community.
These terms may be revised. Material changes will be announced in our Discord, and continued use of a product after a revision constitutes acceptance of it.
